青森生まれ青森育ち、5年くらいは仕事で東京で働いていましたが今は帰省して青森県民のtoolです。
今回は東京から青森観光旅行に何度も来ている友人と一緒に行ったおすすめスポットを紹介します。
私は三八上北地方（青森県の東側）に住んでいるので、あまり行かない弘前などの西側の情報はあまり書くことが出来ませんのでご了承ください。
青森旅行で気を付ける事
青森旅行で最も気を付けなければいけないのは季節です。
青森は雪国ですので１年間のうち半年は寒いです。特に春、秋に旅行される方は絶対に防寒に羽織れるものを用意してください。薄めのジャンバーなどで良いです。
そして冬は－5度前後の日も多いので防寒着必須です。ですが南で売っている冬用のコートなどは氷点下を想定していない物も多いので、青森に到着してからユニクロなどで購入も考えておくと良いです。
登山用の防寒具レベルが理想です。
もう一つ気を付けなければいけないのが移動時間です。
例えば八戸市と弘前市を観光したいと考えている場合、車で片道２時間以上かかります。
電車やバスも１時間待ちはざら。本数も少ない上、終電も早いです。
初めて旅行計画と立てる場合は青森の東か西を行ったり来たりしないような移動計画を立てる事をおすすめします。
八戸市
初めて青森に新幹線の駅が出来た八戸市。青森県内でも雪がほとんど積もらない都市として有名です。
海と隣接している都市なので海の幸を楽しめます。
八食センター
八戸駅から１００円バスで移動可能。肉、魚介類、野菜、おみやげ品が購入できる市場です。
ここでは市場で購入した食べ物を炭火で焼いて食べる事が出来る七輪村というスペースがあります。
新鮮な魚介類、倉石牛などを市場で購入し、ビールと一緒に頂く。
初めて友人を連れて行ったときには「こういうことをやりたかったんだよ！」と大絶賛されました。
はっち
八戸駅から電車を乗り換えかバスで移動可能。八戸の中心街にある地元民憩いの場＆観光スポットです。
立地が八戸市の中心街なので、どんな街なのかを知るついでに八戸市の歴史についても学べるスポットです。
八戸屋台村みろく横丁にも近いしホテルも沢山ある場所なので早めにチェックインしたら覗いてみる事をおすすめします。
八戸屋台村みろく横丁
中心街に宿泊するなら夜はみろく横丁がおすすめです。はちのへの名物はここで一通り味わえます。
蕪島神社
おすすめ季節：春～夏（４月～８月）
電車かバスで移動可能。
数万羽のウミネコが飛来する有名スポットです。昔は神社しかありませんでしたが、現在は立て直した神社、おみやげショップ、休憩所が出来たのでウミネコがいない季節でもそれなりに楽しめるスポットとなりました。
神社の横は海水浴場になっているので夏場はタオルを用意して海を楽しむ事が出来ます。
種差海岸
おすすめ季節：夏（７月～９月）
蕪島神社から電車またはバスで移動可能。
天然芝と海を堪能できるスポットです。夏場は気持ちの良い風が吹いていることが多いので自然を堪能できます。
こちらも観光用の施設が出来たので種差海岸の歴史などを見る事が出来ます。
八戸公園こどもの国
おすすめ季節：春～秋 （４月～９月）
※八戸駅や中心街からはかなり遠いです。
広大な土地に小さな遊園地、動物園、植物園があり、幼児から小学生くらいの子供がいる地元民の人気スポットです。
特に春には沢山の桜の木が植えられているエリアがあるのでお花見を楽しめます。その時期は出店なども出ます。直近では４月末から５月初旬が満開でした。
敷物などがあれば一日のんびり過ごせるスポットです。
八戸おすすめ土産

チータラならぬイカタラ！酒好きが貰ったら間違いなく喜びます。お味はチータラより旨味が増した上位互換です。お値段も上位互換ですが一度食べて貰いたい一品です。
青森市
こちらも東京から新幹線一本で旅行出来る便利な年です。全国的に有名なのはねぶた祭ですね。
イチオシはねぶた祭りですが大手サイトや観光雑誌で特集をさんざんやっていると思うので割愛します。
ねぶたの家ワ・ラッセ
青森駅から徒歩で行ける観光スポット。ねぶた祭を見たことがない人はここでねぶたの展示物を見る事が出来ます。
ねぶた囃子演奏や映像上映などもやってますので興味がある人、青森の中心街で観光をしたい人はおすすめなスポットです。
アスパム
青森駅から徒歩で行ける青森市のシンボルとも言える巨大な三角な建物です。
お土産品、お食事、県内のイベントなども多数行われる場所です。
裏手は青い海公園で海を一望できます。夏はとても気持ちが良いのでおすすめです。
お食事はラーメンがおすすめ
青森市では煮干しラーメンと味噌カレー牛乳ラーメンがとても有名です。
数ある煮干しラーメン屋さんの中で私が一番おすすめするお店です。メニューは色々ありますがバラそばが私のイチオシです。
郊外なのでとても遠いですが行く価値ありです！
初めてメニューを見た人は大丈夫なの？と思う人が多いですが、食べてみればわかります。
ラーメン以外では普通に海の幸も楽しめます。大間のマグロを食べられるお寿司屋さんもありますし、活イカもシーズン中ならいろんなお店で食べられます。
あと知られていないのはやきそば。青森県では珍しくやきそば専門店が何件もあります。
青森市おすすめお土産

数の子、するめ、昆布、きゅうり、大根などを使ったしょうゆ漬けです。
青森市を代表とするねぶたという名をつけるに相応しい美味しいお土産です。

甘いものを好きな人を喜ばせたいならリンゴを１個使ったアップルパイ気になるリンゴがおすすめです。
インパクトは十分、食べ応えもばっちりです！
十和田市
全国的に有名なのは十和田湖とバラ焼きでしょうか。
十和田市の観光で気を付けなければいけないのは十和田市から十和田湖はとても遠いという事です。車で片道１時間以上かかります。
あと冬に十和田湖に行くときは気を付けてください。山奥なので地元民でも下手すると死にます。
奥入瀬渓流
初めに冬の危険性について語りましたが、それでも十和田に行くなら十和田湖、そして途中の奥入瀬渓流は外せません。
夏は涼しく綺麗な渓流沿いをお散歩が出来ますし、沢山の滝を見ることが出来ます。
自然が好きな人、癒されたい人にはとてもおすすめなスポットです。
現在は冬に奥入瀬渓流を観光するバスツアーもあります。カップルなどにおすすめです。
十和田湖
奥入瀬渓流を抜けると大自然の中に美しく静かな湖があります。
暖かい時期なら遊覧船やカヌー、ボートなどを楽しめるスポットです。大自然を堪能するには絶好の場所です。
奥入瀬渓流と十和田湖をがっつり楽しむとなると一日かかってしまうので宿泊地は近くがおすすめです。
私のイチオシは奥入瀬渓流ホテルです。
現在は星野リゾートが経営していますが、料理も青森を堪能できる内容で、露天風呂付きの部屋もあります。
私の妻が二人目の子供を妊娠している時、家族３人で出産前に泊まった思い出深いホテルです。冬でも楽しめるように色々用意しているのでリピーターも多いです。
駒っこランド 十和田市馬事公苑
超ロング滑り台と乗馬や馬車に乗れる馬好きと子供におすすめなスポットです。
場所は十和田市街からは遠いですが奥入瀬渓流よりは近いです。
少し高い場所にあるので肌寒い場所でもあります。ですが山を一望できる展望台、馬に関する資料館もあるので観光として楽しめます。
子供用遊具もあるので地元の家族連れも多く利用している場所です。
官庁街通り 春まつり
春限定（４月末～５月初旬）ですが桜を見に全国から人が集まります。
馬を走らせながら矢を放つ桜流鏑馬（さくらやぶさめ）も見ものです。
桜も女性も輝いて見えます。
十和田市おすすめ土産

三沢市
米軍基地がある事で有名な三沢市。八戸や十和田からも比較的近い場所なので、ついでに観光する人も多めです。
三沢基地航空祭
三沢基地内で行われる年に一度のお祭りです。(毎年９月に開催)
基本的に関係者しか入れない三沢基地ですが、航空祭は一般人でも入場可能です。
敷地内はアメリカです。日本の街並みとは全然違いますのでちょっとした海外旅行気分を味わえます。
滑走路では飛行機の展示や各種イベントが行われています。
スカイプラザ三沢
基地の正面ゲート横に海外の商品を取り扱っている施設があります。物販以外に世界３位のピザ屋さんがありますので食事も出来ます。
三沢市の中心街の散策ついでに寄ることをおすすめします。
航空科学館
三沢駅からバスが出ていますが結構遠いです。
飛行機が好きな人におすすめです。飛行機の展示、宇宙や科学に関連する展示があります。
道の駅三沢 斗南藩記念観光村
航空科学館からさらに北へ行くと道の駅三沢があります。
歴史の資料館と、食事＆土産処、小規模ですがゴーカートなど子供が遊べるものがあります。
道の駅の敷地内にはホーストレッキングや乗馬レッスンが出来る場所があります。馬の見学も可能です。

三沢おすすめ飲食店
東京の友人がお気に入りのお店。寿司だけではなく天ぷらの盛り合わせも是非食べてみてください。
お寿司だけならこちらもおすすめです。
実はバラ焼きの発祥は三沢だったりします。こちらのお店は地元民にずっと愛されているお店です。
あとは中心街の裏通りが飲み屋街になっています。隠れた名店も多いので夜の散策もおすすめです。
三沢で一泊を考えるなら青森屋(旧小牧温泉)がおすすめです。
ごはんももちろん美味しいのですが、ひば湯と浮湯という温泉が最高です。
さらに広大な敷地内の散策も出来るので意外と三沢の観光スポットと言っても良いかもしれません。
五戸
八戸の西側、十和田からは南側の五戸です。この町が推しているのはごのへ三大肉「馬肉」「倉石牛」「青森シャモロック」。
私が特におすすめしたいのは馬肉精肉店尾形です。
このお店は馬肉の販売だけでなく中で食事が可能です。
特に馬肉鍋が人気で連休などは大変込みます。ですが一度は行く価値があるお味です。馬肉鍋と馬刺しを是非食べてみてください。
